If photos are used in publications that will be sold to the public or within an educational setting, the cost of such photo(s) will be increased. Please contact Aboriginal Stock Images for more information.
Is account sharing allowed?

This is an Aboriginal Stock Images site. We are looking for high quality photos, illustrations and videos that depict Aboriginal life in Canada. It does not all have to be traditional imagery, but can also show the everyday life in Aboriginal communities, Aboriginal people in the cities, Aboriginal people at events, etc. We strongly encourage Aboriginal photographers to submit their images. You will be asked to complete a Model Release form for each individual who appears in your uploaded photos.
The photos must be a minimum of 1600 x 1200 px. If you upload photos less than this size and attempt to import them to the site, you will get an error message and will have to start the upload process again. At this time we use a Flash based system to upload files. Maximum photo upload limit is 200mb; individual photo files can be up to 10mb.
Signing up and uploading your photos is free. We handle all of the sales, promotion and customer support and take 30% commission from every photo you sell. We do not pay for uploading.
All expenditures to capture images, take videos or illustrate are borne by the photogapher, videographer and/or illustrator.
Your profit from the sales of your photos is paid to you once a month. It is important that your mailing address or PayPal information is correct.
If you want to upload videos on Aboriginal life, please contact us using the contact page. At this time you cannot upload videos in the same manner that photos are uploaded. We use a virtual transfer method to accept videos for review.
